You seriously trying to say housing is more expensive in Texas than California? Not even in Austin.

Political climate? Texas encourages business, and has friendly, low taxes. California? really?

Infrastructure? how is that high speed rail going? Malibu fire cleanup? Built any new dams in Cali?

California has huge problems, all caused by poor dem leadership.
