Why are you choosing to address the face this scumbag possessed a CDL in spite of not speaking/reading/writing English, could drive an 80,000 pound vehicle in this country where the road signs are in English, managed to kill people and then tried to hide at the scene of the accident?

Should he have been driving in this country for a shady trucking company which existed under questionable circumstances and numerous other LLC's operated at the same address? Why were they hiding behind several sketchy LLC's?
