I received notice of expected price increase effective 5/1

On 5/1, I received notice that expected price increase is not happening (for now). But it is still dependent on the tariff situation.

Price increases I've seen are tax increases. Particularly, property taxes which is thanks to the local board of county commissioners in JoCo. At least 5 of the 7 members of this board are democrats, and it may even be 6 to 1 now. Waste water increase (again, local democrat gov't). Insurance premium increases on property. And the price of eggs which has gone back down.

Is there anything else anyone is seeing?
