to thwart the shootings that occur downtown basically every single weekend. You must not be familiar with the left-wing progressive Columbia City Council. They prefer to finance trails and parks and festivals with parades of moronic people dressed in idiotic costumes. I would guess a majority of the Council wouldn’t care if Mizzou even had athletic programs.
