Tariffs will increase prices, which the consumer pays.

However, if the goal is to restore manufacturing jobs, help the middle class, offshoring all manufacturing to an increasingly hostile communist adversary seems like a bad idea.

The covid crisis clearly showed that when we couldn't get certain supplies, since no one in us made them.

Your lies primarily consist of shouting about prices going up, without a hint of the underling goals.

Namely, to dramatically reduce dependence on china, and increase our manufacturing, middle class jobs.
