BS the issue has always been that people think emotionally and feel sorry for those groups outside the Norm. Then they create Affirmative Action DEI type bs programs to over compensate and create some unbalanced demographic.

The issue has always been that the DEI supporters want to flood the job field with minority groups that way way over represents the possible qualified applicants that there are.

Jeez there is just a bit over 70k female pilots in America .... how many of them do you think can hack it as a commercial or military pilot? Not very many that is why you have so few female pilots who are qualified.

Females in general don't have the passion or desire to be Pilots it doesn't fit their psychological and emotional make up. The lie is that their are barriers to keep all the little girls from being Pilots or Plumbers or Welders or Construction Workers etc.... which is BS the reason they don't enter those fields is Freedom of choice.

Same with all the other Minorities and Professions.... you cannot force people to work hard and focus on something that doesn't appeal to their desires to fit some quota to make White Maudes feel better.
