feel free to critique, criticize and condemn every word of it.
Tens of millions of foreigners are here illegally. They were aided and abetted by the last administration and some previous administrations in their law breaking acts.
Many are rapists, drug cartel members, gang members and murderers. Very few are physicians or scientists.
Those who invited them in for the sake of destroying our country now play the fantasy role of patriots and demand the constitution be honored and each of the illegals get justice, through due process.
They have rights, after all and the left is very concerned with people's rights. The left even believes that the illegals by virtue of their location in the united states have rights equal to those of american citizens.
Uh, no.
Each of the 20,000,000 or so illegals can assert his rights and demand proceedings and procedures and then use the right to appeal and appeal and appeal again to the supreme court.
Of course during the lengthy due process and proceedings and while waiting for their own due process, each illegal, each terrorist, each rapist and drug dealer is essentially living as a free american citizen in a country in which he is not allowed.
Estimates have the time to give each illegal due process to be decades. Not months or even years.
Decades.
The courts will be clogged and essentially choked. Money and resources that could be use to help citizens will be diverted to help criminals stay in our country.
This gambit by the marxists assumes that there are only two choices (which is virtually never the case).
1. Spend the decades and dollars to give illegal foreigners their due process including appeals, or
2. Let them stay and commit more murders, rapes and deaths by fentynal and collect more welfare and free education, medication and incarceration, essentially bankrupting the country as it dissolves into anarchy.
There is a third way, and probably a fourth and fifth.
Instead of giving them rights and privileges to which they have no right, expel them to their country of origin and allow them to appeal from the mountains of honduras or the shores of yemen. Let them spend time in their own country as the US courts spend decades to adjudicate their rights to be here.
Assume they are illegal until they prove they are legal.
Instead of assuming they are legal until we prove they are gang bangers, murderers, rapists and drug dealers.
Since whispering joe and chuckles broke the law by allowing them in, let's not assume they are legally entitled to be here. Instead, because we are a nation who welcomes immigrants and we are compassionate, they can apply for entrance and citizenship like every other foreigner wanting to be an american and pick our lettuce while they live the american dream.
