Enemy combatants are defined under the laws of war, not immigration law. Migrants crossing the border illegally are subject to civil immigration law — not military tribunals.

Even real enemy combatants captured during WWII got due process under Ex parte Quirin (1942).

You can insult all you want, but the Constitution and reality are still standing — even if you're not.
