Actually, the millions deported under Reagan, Bush, Clinton, Obama, and Trump (first term) all overwhelmingly went through formal legal procedures, including immigration courts, credible fear interviews, and due process protections.

The Constitution (5th Amendment) requires due process for all persons inside the U.S., and the Supreme Court has repeatedly struck down attempts to short-circuit this. "Factory deportations" without hearings would violate U.S. law and get blocked immediately by federal courts — because America is not, and has never been, a lawless country.
