them off scot-free or with a veritable slap on the wrist even if they go through the motions of 'due process' and a 'fair trial', that is especially true of virtual sanctuary cities like Milwaukee & even more so with woke judges like Judge Dugan.
But as noted earlier, due process is not an issue if they are just deporting him. People who are here illegally are not entitled to due process and he is not being charged with a crime.
As it stands, illegals are incentivized to do crimes. They are coddled in the sanctuary cities and it keeps them from being deported, especially when the judges are aiding and abetting their escape from ICE.
