discreet and were in plain clothes and tried to blend in. They used a secure facility where he'd been security screened so they knew it was safe for the law enforcement officers, the public, the courthouse staff and the arrestee.

What made it a spectacle was the scumbag getting outside the secure area and running so they had to get in a foot pursuit.
