allowed Biden to waive everyone in unvetted if he liked, and that Trump can change that in a major way, and both are within their legal rights to do so... and that to fix that willy nilly process Congress needs to and should fix that I will agree with you.

Sadly, our country is so divided, even if Congress "fixes it", it may not be long before the pendulum swings back the other way and they "fix it in diametrically opposed fashion, much as Trump and Biden "fix it" as per their own interpretations and goals via executive order.

The battle rages on...
