It's not going to happen in the way most on here fantasize. You want to know when UM System took real cuts? That was after the football team went on strike in 2015. That singular, idiotic transaction, cost all the schools.

That was a failure in leadership from the top down, and sadly, Tim Wolfe took one for the team. The curators were terrible.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
