The overwhelming majority supports deportation of criminal illegals. That is not a Trump specific policy. Claiming it as such is a lie.

The issue against Trump admin deportations is when they are not following Due Process.

The issue with Garcia involves lies that he had an illegal status. He did not. He had a federal work permit. That his permit was revoked, not because of any criminal charges, but unproven 6 year old claims that he was MS-13. The detective who made such claims was caught within days soliciting a prostitute and giving her information about ongoing criminal cases. That he was deported to El Salvador despite a Trump admin judge ruling he could not be deported there.
