two with different companies for each home. Its the farm liability, building and machinery policies that have gone up quite dramatically each of the past three years. I just paid the semi-annual premium on one of the farm building policies and it increased another 20% over the bill I paid six months ago. Our agents say their costs from the under-insurers have risen and they have to pass along the increase. I suspect we are paying for the fire damage claims in Hawaii and California and the hurricane damages in the east coast States.
