they didn't. The SC required DOJ to provide written notice of deportation before the terrorists are deported. They can be detained and in custody and receive the notification, but they can still be deported under the AEA. Media headlines are confusing many progs. The ACLU did not score the victory y'all thought.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
