You obviously are unfamiliar with the Rules of Professional Conduct for attorneys.
The duty of zealous advocacy is superseded by the duty of candor to the court. He told the court the truth, and could be disbarred if he didn’t. Trump’s immigration court ordered that he not be sent to El Salvador. Trump then sent him to El Salvador. If that’s incorrect, refute it.
You throw the word terrorist around with Trump-like flippancy. Tell us what specific terrorist acts he committed.
