then yes, I would consider it a problem, and the general markets seem to agree. Not that the markets are everything, but they certainly send the signals of issues pending.

Until 10 years ago, out government had a fairly good process of going through everything versus trying to throw a bomb to it, and we had been steadily reducing tariffs around the world. But I guess it is bad to actually acknowledge the process was actually working.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
