we hung with Florida for much of the second game without Mark Mitchell
Drake's star player is now an Iowa Hawkeye
We beat Alabama and 6 other NCAA tournament teams after we got that win over Florida
Maybe...and I know this sounds nutty...but maybe we overachieved and maxed out our talent too soon such that we had nothing left at season's end?
And maybe a match up in the Dance against the team that held opponents to the fewest points per game nationally and had possession of the ball longer than anyone else nationally was the worst possible match up for a team like us that thrives on turnovers and playing up tempo?
