have been saying this. Not sure how you combine NIL with the current (lack of) transfer rules, which seem to be broken somewhat.

It would be nice to encourage folks to stay at same school longer than one year but I don't know how you do this without players losing every bit of leverage they have.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
