prior to the foul on Proctor. Coach should have called timeout and set up inbounds play for Flagg. Then take everybody off the free throw line to set up on defense as Flagg takes free throws to eliminate any possibility of the official calling a bogus foul.

Basketball 101. True the official called a very shady foul that decided the game but Duke coach blew that.
