There was discussion 30+ years back about freedom of speech in a commercial mall. The mall space had become in essence the city square where many folks congregated. Question was - did the owners of the mall have the authority to limit public expression and if memory serves the answer was yes, that a mall was not a public square, and neither I assume are websites. Again, not my opinion.
