Start a company, let’s say a website and you create a comments section on that website for anyone that agrees to voluntarily create an account and agree to your terms of service when creating an account -as owner of this website in the U.S., should you have the power to:
- deny/ban accounts for any reason you want?
- deny/censor/delete accounts or comments for any reason you want?
