Coach won’t win at the highest level. A coach that can coach but can’t recruit will not win at a high-level. It is not exactly a 50-50 mix of recruiting and coaching. That’s why the numbers are 40 and 60, because everybody’s better at one than the other, but the two aspects of the job need to be in some degree of relative harmony.
