What is "coaching"?

If it's just X's and O's, many guys who are very good at that have failed because they don't have the talent.

To me, coaching = a combination of motivating players, a culture of accountability, having a good plan for an opponent, being able to make adjustments on the bench on gameday, and developing guys from an individual and team perspective.

But if you don't have level of talent to compete at said level of coaching, you're behind the 8 ball from the start.
