people know that electing the right judges can further their political cause, and I'm not really sure that's what judges are supposed to do. Should they be determining the balance of the US Congress? I also think it's funny how Gerrymandering is good or bad depending on the party doing it. Shouldn't there be a pretty standard way to ensure the proper borders are drawn?
