And the *only loss* was an extremely competitive game against a Top 20 opponent, on the road. It was lost in the final seconds.

He then won 3 straight after that, finishing the season with Mizzou's first win over Iowa in 115 years.

But yeah... no different than Gates *losing* 5 of 6 and getting blown out by an 11-seed Missouri Valley team.
