We always switch on picks. Drake was coming off the screener to double the dribbler. Simple solution is plant a player at the free throw line and run backdoor cuts. We never see that in practice because we always switch on the pick.

My impression of Gates is he runs a system and teaches that system. When that system gets exposed he blames the players and benches them instead of adjusting.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
