if you combine that with average coaching it keeps you from doing much in the post-season. And remember when Peeler and Smith played they were going up against guys that should have been in the NBA already (just like them) and four year rosters. Now things are getting back that way with NIL. The players are staying in college because they are getting nicely paid.
