on occasion, and doesn't go 0-19.

Also, no one cares if you make the tourney if you get bounced by an 11 seed MO-Valley team in the first round. It's arguably worse than not making the tourney at all.

22-12 is a mediocre season that ended with a humiliating blowout loss to essentially a D-2 team.
