(2) Maryland has one of the smallest AD budgets in the B1G, and with the "House" settlement, a lot of that budget will be going towards revenue-sharing for football.

(3) Villanova's entire AD budget will go towards basketball, and all it takes is a few major donors to make them competitive in the NIL bidding wars.
