multiple issues. The stock controller feeds pellets

on a time basis versus temperature basis. This has resulted in several overnight smoking sessions going out when set to low temperature. To fix this I had to upgrade the controller to Savanna stoker.

Also the parts that are under the smoker that help blow the heat across grill are cheap and not made for the purpose they are serving. Specifically there is a plastic computer fan (if you have ever built a PC you will understand) underneath where a metal fan should be.

Finally, and this isn't a knock, but the smoker will not get hot enough to seer a steak. It isn't designed to do that
