Because I went from 9 to 24 and saw 7 of Norm’s 8 conference titles and several conference tourney titles, I just assumed MBB would always win some trophies. I learned to just wish for bowl eligibility in football. MBB has been largely disappointing and football exceeded my wildest expectations since 94. Never thought big time football would arrive but it has been pretty fun, for the most part, since 1997.

Never worried about any other sports until the Kreklows, Earleywhine and Sophie made me care.
