Than thou chumps. Won't hire a coach like Cal or Sampson because they aren't pure as the driven snow. So they resort to hiring guys with no or very little coaching resumes. Then they do it on the cheap and can't even get the good ones of those available. Sometimes they get lucky like Norm and Pinkel. Most of the time they don't.
