Here is what makes me sick to my stomach

When Gate says I'm so proud of my guys, we accomplished so much this season. Or when Mizzou fans are HAPPY just because we limped into the tournament. Look Gates just isn't a good coach, he's a good recruiter but not a good XO guy... simply put he's out coached at every turn.

This team peaked, good coaches got that tape and figured out how to beat them and Gates had no answers. That is clearly the book on this season.

At one point this team was 17-4 then went 5-7 the rest of the way.

Seasons like this one coupled with last season disaster gets coaches fired at Kentucky, Kansas, North Carolina, etc... where winning is all that matters.

If you judge success based on making the tournament then getting bounced then don't ever expect or demand greatness.

Getting bounced in the 1st round, a total collapse down the stretch, proceeded by a season where you didn't win a single SEC game is success. NO THANK YOU!

This coach will NOT get Mizzou to the final four.

So far I would call his coaching run at Mizzou a D PLUS... if he was the head coach at Kentucky he would have already been fired.

But Mizzou and their fans accept being middle of the roac which is why Mizzou will never be great!

Get a coach who accepts nothing else but winning and has the mental capacity to figure out HOW to overcome adversity.

Mizzou season is a disaster only because before everyone had this team figured out things looked like we could do something... Gates let you down not the players.
