hiring of Anderson. The only reason I think Sunvold could have been a candidate is he is someone with the personal history to have weight to do things his way, I don't think the board would be able to mess with him they way they do others (set up to fail). Whether he would actually succeed in the position is a different question, but I think we have to get past the bigger problem of committee based governance to succeed because it hasn't worked as long as I've been a fan
