into the position of AD who had the trust of (and was aligned with) the administration and it would be left up to them. Our biggest problem over the years has been the committee approach with people who don't know sports meddling. Choi is great but other than overseeing it isn't his job and if he's having to do it why is he paying an AD? If sports are failing the first step is to get rid of the AD which they recently did. It's why AD's often replace coaches 'with their own guy'. Again, who do you think they can replace him with? (Gates)
