If you have a coach that requires ten times the player salary level to get the result you want, maybe change coaches.
Because probably paying players ten times what they're paid now is not as realistic.
Everyone likes Gates for the way he conducts his business - but is anyone scared of his head-to-head strategic coaching?
NIL upped the value of game time coaching massively and reduced the value of glad-handing 'yo boyee' recruiting.
It's a new world that should make it easier for Mizzou, but we have to choose wisely.
