are going to backfire for the Dems, like pretty much everything they attempt.

I eventually expect the Trump team to go to the SC and request clarification on which courts have jurisdiction over the Executive branch. You cannot have the executive answering to almost 1000 different district and appellate court judges. Its simply ridiculous.
