Instead of continuously doubling-down on conspiracy theory, I'd suggest you consider these basic truths.
1. College football players provide a ton of entertainment this is highly valuable.
2. They deserve to be paid accordingly.
3. Programs which fully acknowledge this and then work to pay their athletes as much as possible will flourish.
4. Programs which attempt to tell players 'you're not really worth that much' and 'oh, those guys over there really didn't get paid that much' will be going down in flames.
Yes, your decades of college football fandom were largely responsible for the exploitation of a less privileged class within our nation - just be a man, face up to it and move on, happy that today's NIL is righting the ship and opening up so many new opportunities for traditionally hexed programs like Mizzou.
