Gonna disagree their PLAYER DEVELOPMENT facilities are that bad. Regardless, I’m not wanting to spend $50 to $60 mil on baseball for some games against Binghamton types in March and then some weekends in April and May against SEC teams that they mostly lose to in front of 1000 fans. Don’t see it helping advance Mizzou’s entertainment business with students and alums. Even when they did win some it wasn’t like baseball set COMO on fire with interest.
Sure, softball has a similar situation but it’s simply not as expensive to have decent softball.
