in Gates, but also (as you implied) no other school would be crazy enough to pay Gates $4M+ per year.
The contract we gave him is still WAY over-valued, and guaranteed through 2029.
Obviously, no more raises or extensions!! The buyout is way too high as it is. And so far, Gates has shown us what his floor is (0-19) but we're yet to see if he can win consistently or at a high level.
