I can't remember names, but recognize a face I've seen

before for the most part. When I meet someone and they tell me their name, it just goes straight in and out (twss). I wonder if my mind is concentrating on the details of the face because it knows it can't make an image of it so it just ignores the name.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
