There were 2 critical mistakes – not fouling and then collapsing on the driver to allow an open look from 3.

Also, it doesn't look like there was an attempt to foul despite what Mitchell is claiming (IMO, to save face for his team & coach). But even if there was, they should have *known* (i.e. been coached) not to collapse on the driver in that situation.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
