extremely rich, without being part of the government and working within whatever tax code laid out by both democrats and Republicans, have decided to get involved as President of the United States and head of a major US department, just so they can get great tax breaks and become more rich? This is your well educated theory of their master plan?

You do know that both of them have very well paid lawyers who have helped them navigate taxes in the past and would do so without this master plan?
