Uh it’s pretty obvious and in our face constantly. There is no underhanded plot unfolding to make him look dumb, he speaks and writes his thoughts out all the time. Prior to Russia identifying him as a destructive force everyone thought he was an imbecile and nobody viewed him as a serious person
