Not unlike the message we have discussed from The Andy Griffith show of how law enforcement who blindly follows the letter of the law is actually a poor example of law enforcement. It is not an accident culture mocks certain things and uses those things to make a point. Just as all good comedy comes from at least a slight measure of truth.
