the president should not be before a court in Oregon or Alabama.

They should all be handled by the DC district court with an expedited appeal system so that the cases are quickly passed up the line. A final yea or nay should be had very quickly so the government is not bogged down. The Dems know that they will ultimately lose all of these cases, they are trying to slow Trump as much as possible.
