once a year a JD Powers "inspector" would come through and perform some sort of audit on our files(they'd tell us ahead of time what they would be looking for so we could have it ready and compliant), and then our clients would fill out customer satisfaction surveys, and we could discard any negative ones, lol.

Was pretty easy to get a JD Powers award every year
