crime stats.

It’s about a gang database that has no strict criteria on how someone gets out into it. It’s about people who are not gang members being targeted by police because their name is in this database. It’s Stop and Frisk all over again.

That’s the issue with the gang database. But these dumbfuks don’t know that because they don’t think for themselves and parrot what some asshat tells them.
